In order to obtain the wine, strict testing is carried out at all points of the process. To enable us to do this, we carry out checks for ripeness in the whole of the vineyard in order to determine the best moment for harvest. On arrival at the winery, the grapes are analyzed and tasted in their entirety by our technicians. An intensive quality control test is carried out, as well as reliable wine research. All this, together with the use of the very latest technology as well as traditional methods, enable us to obtain high quality wines with their own individual identity, allowing us to satisfy even the most demanding tastes.
