(tartaric acid) Varieties: 100% Cayetana A pale yellow colour with tones; bright, luminous. Some very attractive and complex aromas, where the apple and white flower features, typical of this variety, stand out. The taste is balanced, with a good evenness between fruit and acidity, the end result being fresh and herbaceous. Serving temperature: 8-10º C.
